DEJM offers various ministry teaching tools designed to assist leaders in the development of their leaders, congregation and vision mandates. Foundational subjects include: biblical principles, foundational apostolic principles, leadership principles, and biblical kingdom principles. This ministry is designed to augment the leadership needs of the Body of Christ. This augmentation will be accomplished through leadership seminars, marriage enrichment seminars, conferences, preaching and teaching, and tailored for needed training sessions.

This ministry is foremost a teaching ministry. We are a teaching and apostolic
ministry that will teach the principles of God. All of the course designs
are based and rely on the anointing and the gift of the teacher. Indicated
below are a few of this ministry’s purpose:
• Teach and help churches, ministries, and fellowships articulate apostolically.
• Blend in and augment teaching requirements the requested leader’s needs.
